DigiTech Drop polyphonic pitch shifter gitarr-effektpedal

The DigiTech Drop is a polyphonic drop-tune pedal that shifts your entire guitar signal down by up to a full octave, letting you switch tunings instantly without touching your tuning pegs. Unlike typical pitch shifters that glitch on chords, its polyphonic engine tracks all six strings simultaneously for natural, artifact-free performance.

Highlights

• Polyphonic drop tuning from 1 semitone to 1 octave down, plus Octave + Dry mode
• True bypass preserves your core tone when the effect is off
• Momentary/Latching footswitch modes for quick drops or sustained shifts
• 24-bit / 44.1 kHz A/D/A conversion for high-resolution signal processing
• Durable metal enclosure built for the road

In daily use

Set the rotary switch to your desired drop interval, engage the footswitch, and play. The Drop tracks chords and fast riffs with precision, making it ideal for covering songs in lower tunings or exploring heavier textures without multiple guitars. The Momentary mode is perfect for quick dive-bombs, while Latching keeps you locked in a lower tuning.
