Diamantkapskiva Distar 11120349019

Diamond cutting wheel Distar 11120349019 is a circular abrasive tool engineered for precision cutting of hard materials. Designed with an industrial diamond edge, this cutting wheel enables efficient removal of masonry, concrete and natural stone with consistent cutting performance. The wheel is compatible with standard angle grinders and similar cutting machines used in construction and renovation, offering a balance of durability and cutting speed for professional and DIY applications.

Advantages

The diamond edge provides high abrasive resistance and extended service life compared with conventional abrasive wheels. Its segmented design and optimized bond deliver steady cutting performance, reduced heat build-up and lower risk of clogging when working with dense materials. The wheel’s construction ensures stable rotation and precise cuts while maintaining acceptable removal rates on reinforced concrete and masonry elements.

Suitable for

• Cutting concrete slabs and blocks
• Trimming natural stone and granite
• Cutting masonry, brick and hollow blocks
• Renovation tasks involving removal of old joints and edges
• General construction site cutting with angle grinders

Key specifications

• Type: diamond-tipped circular cutting wheel for abrasive cutting
• Application materials: masonry, concrete, natural stone, brick
• Cutting style: dry cutting and light wet cutting depending on machine and job conditions
• Design characteristics: segmented diamond rim for improved debris clearance and cooling
• Performance traits: high abrasion resistance, stable rotation, reduced clogging

How to use

Mount the cutting wheel on a compatible angle grinder or cutting machine following the machine manufacturer’s mounting and safety instructions. Verify that the wheel is rated for the machine’s RPM and secure the wheel with the correct flange and nut. Use steady, controlled passes without forcing the wheel; allow the diamond abrasive to cut at its designed pace. For thicker cuts or dense materials, perform multiple shallow passes rather than one deep cut to reduce heat and strain on the wheel. Observe appropriate safety gear including eye protection, hearing protection and dust mask or respiratory protection when working with concrete and stone.

Recommendations

Prefer dry cutting for convenience on job sites when local conditions allow, and use intermittent cutting or light water cooling where permitted to extend wheel life and reduce dust. Match wheel diameter and bore size to the grinder specifications and replace the wheel if you notice uneven wear, cracks or wobble during rotation.
