Kabellås Navilock 20595 silver 1,8 m

The Navilock 20595 Silver 1.8 m is a flexible cable lock designed to secure bicycles and other portable valuables. The lock consists of a braided steel cable with a protective outer sheath and a round key-operated cylinder. With a cable length of 1.8 m and a compact lock head, it provides an adaptable solution for locking bikes to a wide range of fixed objects and for securing luggage or outdoor equipment.

Advantages

The cable offers a balance of flexibility and strength typical of braided steel construction, while the protective sheath reduces the risk of paint damage to the secured item. The round key cylinder provides simple, reliable locking and unlocking. The 1.8 m length increases versatility when securing items to posts, railings, or multiple components. The silver finish combines a neutral appearance with weather-resistant surface treatment for regular outdoor use.

Suitable for

• Securing bicycles to bike racks, poles, or fences
• Locking scooters, strollers or outdoor gear
• Temporary protection of luggage or toolboxes
• Indoor use for securing items in storage or shared spaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.8 m
• Lock type: round key-operated cylinder
• Material: braided steel cable with protective outer sheath
• Finish color: silver
• Application: outdoor and indoor use

How to use

Wrap the cable around the object(s) you need to secure and pass the free end through or around a fixed anchor such as a bike rack, pole or fence. Insert the cable end into the lock head and turn the supplied key to engage the cylinder. Verify that the cable is seated fully in the lock and pull gently to confirm the mechanism is locked. Keep the keys in a safe place and consider carrying a spare key or recording the key code if provided by the manufacturer.

Recommendations

Position the lock so the cylinder faces downward or toward the ground to make tampering more difficult, and avoid leaving the lock exposed in extreme weather for prolonged periods. For higher-risk locations, combine the cable lock with a heavier-duty U-lock or chain for improved security. Regularly inspect the cable sheath and lock cylinder for damage and lubricate the key cylinder occasionally with a graphite or silicone-based lubricant suitable for locks.
