The loudspeaker provides high peak power handling and a two-way design that improves vocal and instrument intelligibility. Its durable enclosure and lightweight construction reduce setup time and fatigue during transport. Designed to integrate easily with common PA systems, the B-HYPE12 offers predictable coverage and consistent tonal balance across different listening positions.

• Rehearsal spaces and practice rooms

Key specifications

• Configuration: two-way loudspeaker with dedicated low and high frequency drivers
• Power capability: peak power rating suitable for dynamic program material
• Low-frequency driver size: 12-inch woofer for controlled bass response
• High-frequency section: compression driver for clear presence and articulation
• Enclosure: rugged, transport-friendly housing with integrated handles
• Mounting options: pole mount and floor monitor positioning capability
• Connectivity: inputs and link outputs compatible with standard PA signal chains

How to use

Place the B-HYPE12 on a stable surface, mount it on an appropriate speaker pole, or orient it on the floor as a monitor depending on the application. Connect the speaker to an amplifier or powered mixer using compatible cables and set input gain to a safe level before applying program material. Adjust equalization and main level gradually to match the acoustic properties of the venue and avoid clipping. Position the speaker to aim coverage toward the audience while minimizing reflective surfaces directly in front of the driver.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, allow the speaker to cool between extended high-power sessions, and use a limiter when possible to protect drivers from excessive peaks. For best results in live sound situations, pair the B-HYPE12 with a suitable subwoofer when deeper low-frequency extension is required and perform a soundcheck at typical playback levels to set gain and EQ.
