Chieftec CMR-2131SAS enhetsplatslock svart

The Chieftec CMR-2131SAS Drive Bay Panel is a front-mount bay designed to hold and cool multiple 3.5" SAS/SATA HDDs and 2.5" SSDs. Made from SECC steel, the detachable bays and backplane improve heat dissipation and mechanical durability. The unit includes an 80 mm fan, LED indicators for drive status, power and fan activity, and a lockable front panel. It supports hot-swap operation and is plug & play compatible, making it suitable for systems that require reliable, accessible storage expansion.

Advantages

Constructed from SECC steel, the drive bay panel provides enhanced cooling and stable mounting for HDDs and SSDs. The integrated 80 mm fan helps maintain safe operating temperatures for high-speed drives. Front LEDs give clear visual indication of each drive's status as well as power and fan activity. The product supports hot swap and plug & play for straightforward installation and service, and a lock mechanism secures drives against unauthorized removal.

Suitable for

• Systems requiring front-accessible storage expansion
• Servers and workstations with frequent drive swaps
• Backup and archival setups needing reliable cooling
• Desktop PCs where additional HDD/SSD bays are needed
