How to use

Fit the 733 mm Bosch CB 2824 blade to a compatible Bosch band saw following the saw manufacturer's blade installation and tensioning instructions. Select appropriate cutting speed and feed rate for the material being cut — lower speeds for harder metals and higher speeds for plastics or softer non-ferrous metals. Keep steady, controlled feed and allow the blade to do the cutting to maintain accuracy and prolong blade life.

Recommendations

Inspect blades before use for damage or wear, ensure proper tension and alignment, and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Replace blades when cutting quality degrades or if teeth are damaged.
