How to use

Select the required operating mode using the mode selector (hammer drilling, drilling without impact in low or high speed, or chiselling). Fit the appropriate bit into the SDS Plus or keyless chuck and secure it using the Metabo Quick quick-change system when switching between chucks. Set the desired speed and impact rate with the thumbwheel or the two-speed gearbox, then start the tool using the trigger; use the lockable switch for continuous operation. Keep a firm grip and let the tool do the work while applying steady pressure; do not force the tool and allow the VTC electronics to maintain speed under load.
