BlueOptics Duplex fiberoptisk patchkabel SC-UPC/SC-APC singlemode 5 meter

The BlueOptics Duplex Fibre Optic Patch Cable SC-UPC/SC-APC Singlemode 5 metres is a high-performance fibre optic patch cable designed for reliable and efficient data transmission in singlemode networks. This cable features a duplex design with two fibres, terminated with SC/UPC on one end and SC/APC on the other, ensuring low insertion loss and high return loss for optimal signal integrity. The 5-metre length provides flexibility in connecting network devices within racks or between patch panels.

Advantages

This patch cable offers several advantages for network professionals. The SC/UPC to SC/APC connector combination allows for easy identification and prevents mismatching in networks that require both polish types. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket ensures safety in enclosed spaces by reducing toxic fumes and smoke in case of fire. The yellow jacket colour is standard for singlemode cables, aiding in quick visual identification. With typical insertion loss below 0.3 dB and high return loss (≥50 dB for UPC, ≥60 dB for APC), this cable ensures excellent signal quality and minimal reflections.

Suitable for

• Data centres and server rooms requiring reliable singlemode fibre connections
• Telecommunications networks where SC/UPC and SC/APC interfaces are used
• FTTx (Fibre to the x) applications
• High-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbps and beyond
• Any environment where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required
