Blankt register Durable 679527 flerfärgad polypropen PP

The Durable 679527 blank tab index is a multicolour document divider made from polypropylene (PP) designed for systematic filing and quick retrieval. It measures 245 mm in width and 305 mm in height, with an inner width of 24.5 cm, providing full-page coverage for standard A4 documents and additional space for tabbed labels. The blank tabs allow custom labelling and reorganisation of folders, ring binders, and filing systems without pre-printed categories.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction gives the divider water-resistant and tear-resistant properties while remaining lightweight. Multicolour tabs enable visual separation of sections, improving navigation through large document collections. Blank tab fields offer flexibility for handwritten, printed, or label-printed identifiers and can be updated as filing needs change. The product’s dimensions suit most office folders and binders, ensuring reliable alignment and protection of document edges.

Suitable for

• Office filing and binder organisation
• Home document sorting and storage
• School and university coursework separation
• Project and client file management
• Archiving and long-term document categorisation

How to use

Insert the blank tab divider into a binder or folder so that the 245 mm width aligns with the document edge and the 305 mm height covers the full page. Write or attach printed labels on the blank tabs to identify sections. Use the inner width of 24.5 cm to align hole punches or to ensure document pages fit without folding. For multiple sections, arrange multicolour tabs in a logical order to speed up access and maintain a consistent filing scheme.

Recommendations

For durable labelling, use a permanent marker or label printer compatible with polypropylene surfaces. Store dividers away from direct heat sources and prolonged sunlight to avoid colour fading. When archiving heavy volumes, distribute dividers evenly across the binder to prevent stress on individual tabs.
