How to use

Connect the charger to the battery following correct polarity: positive to positive, negative to negative. Ensure the charger is powered from a suitable mains supply before connecting to the battery if required by the unit’s design. Monitor the battery during the initial charging session and disconnect the charger once the battery reaches full charge or when the recommended maintenance time has elapsed. Use in a well‑ventilated, dry area and avoid exposing the charger or battery to extreme temperatures while charging.

Recommendations

For best results, use this 12V 2A charger for periodic maintenance and slow recharges rather than fast charging. Regularly check battery electrolyte levels where applicable and follow the battery manufacturer's safety instructions. Avoid leaving the battery connected to the charger indefinitely unless the battery type and charger support continuous float charging.
