How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a compatible mains supply (220–240 V, 50–60 Hz). Select the required height/temperature setting by locking the top plate in one of five positions to match the thickness of the food. Use the flat lower plate or the ribbed upper plate depending on the desired grilling result. For larger quantities, unfold the grill to use the full 1500 cm² area. Set the 30-minute timer if needed; the unit switches off automatically and issues an audible signal at the end of the cycle.

Recommendations

Before the first use, clean the removable grill plates according to the user manual. Preheat the grill for a few minutes to reach the selected temperature. Remove excess fat regularly into the detachable grease catcher and wash removable parts in the dishwasher if required.
