Bagagelås Pacsafe 120L

The Pacsafe 120L luggage padlock is a travel security device made from durable polycarbonate with stainless steel components and an adjustable 360º eXomesh® locking system. Designed for larger luggage and extended trips, this lock combines a high-tensile stainless steel wire mesh with a locking mechanism and comes with three keys. Compatible with any brand of luggage, it secures bags and packs against tampering, pilfering and theft while allowing attachment to a fixed point.

Advantages

The 360º eXomesh® system provides a flexible, slash-resistant stainless steel mesh that can be deployed externally over a bag or laminated within fabric to form a stealth-like portable safe. The Pacsafe 120L features durable polycarbonate housing and stainless steel parts for long-term use, includes three keys for convenience and is adjustable to fit larger packs. Its design locks the mesh into a 360° protective cell that fastens to a secure fixture.

Suitable for

• Large checked luggage on extended trips
• Backpacks and travel packs vulnerable to tampering
• Situations where luggage must be locked to a fixed object

How to use

Place the eXomesh® mesh over the luggage or deploy the mesh as intended according to your bag’s design, then position the locking device so the mesh forms a continuous 360° protective layer around the pack. Thread or attach the locking mechanism to a secure fixture (such as a fixed rack or immovable structure) if required, close the lock and confirm it engages. Keep the supplied three keys in separate safe locations to ensure access during travel.

Recommendations

Use the Pacsafe 120L with larger bags or backpacks; inspect the mesh and lock for damage before each trip. Avoid forcing the mechanism if it resists closing, and store keys separately to prevent loss. For maximum security, combine the mesh lock with additional travel precautions such as concealed compartments and monitored luggage storage.
