Vakuumpåsar Solis 922.61

The Solis 922.61 vacuum sealer bag is designed for reliable food storage and preservation. With internal dimensions of approximately 200 mm width and 300 mm depth, the bag accommodates a wide range of ingredients and prepared portions. Compatible with Solis vacuum sealers, this bag provides an airtight barrier that helps maintain freshness, retain flavor and nutrients, and reduce the risk of freezer burn. The bag is suitable for short-term refrigeration, long-term freezing and sous-vide cooking.

Advantages

These vacuum sealer bags form a tight, consistent seal when used with compatible Solis machines, which minimizes air contact and slows food degradation. The material is food-grade and heat-stable enough for common sous-vide temperatures, while the clear surface allows easy visual inspection of contents. The compact size is practical for single portions, meal prep and organizing freezer storage to save space and reduce waste.

Suitable for

• Storing raw or cooked meat, fish and poultry
• Portioning vegetables, fruits and dairy products
• Sous-vide cooking and heat-based preparation
• Organizing and protecting food in the refrigerator or freezer
• Marinating and quick infusion of flavors

Key specifications

• Bag width: 200 mm (approx.)
• Bag depth/length: 300 mm (approx.)
• Material: food-grade multi-layer plastic suitable for vacuum sealing and heated cooking
• Seal type: compatible with external vacuum sealer machines
• Transparency: clear for content visibility

How to use

Place clean, dry food inside the bag without overfilling; leave sufficient headspace at the open end for the sealing process. Position the open edge in the vacuum sealer according to the sealer’s instructions, then run the sealing cycle to remove air and create the airtight seal. For sous-vide cooking, ensure the bag is fully sealed and check for leaks before immersing in water. Label bags with contents and date prior to storage.

Recommendations

For best results, use the bags only with compatible Solis vacuum sealers or other external sealers designed for similar bag types. Avoid sharp bones or protruding objects that could puncture the bag; wrap such items in protective material first. When freezing liquids or sauces, partially freeze them flat in the bag before sealing to ensure a reliable seal and easier stacking. Follow local food safety guidelines for storage durations and thawing procedures.
