Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Blade length: 6.8 cm
• Construction: single-piece design
• Handle: ergonomically shaped for secure grip
• Primary use: paring and precision cutting tasks

How to use

Hold the knife with a comfortable grip around the ergonomic handle and position the tip or edge of the 6.8 cm blade against the food to be pared. Use short, controlled slicing motions for peeling or trimming, keeping fingers clear of the cutting path. For decorative cuts, support the ingredient on a stable surface and move the blade deliberately to shape or carve. After use, rinse the knife under warm water and dry immediately to maintain blade condition.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the blade sharpened with a suitable knife sharpener designed for small blades and avoid cutting on very hard surfaces such as ceramic or glass. Store the paring knife separately or in a protective sheath to prevent edge damage and reduce risk of accidental cuts.
