Microconnect AUDSPEAKER5 signalkabel 50 m vit

The Microconnect AUDSPEAKER5 is a 50 m white signal cable engineered for audio connections between amplifiers, receivers and loudspeakers. With a conductor arrangement of 2 x 1.5 mm² CCA (2x30/0.25 mm) and an outer dimension of approximately 3.1 x 6.5 mm, the cable provides a compact profile suitable for visible and concealed installations. The lightweight 1.15 kg spool is easy to handle and store, and the neutral white jacket integrates well into home and commercial audio environments.

Advantages

This speaker cable uses CCA conductors sized at 2 x 1.5 mm² to balance flexibility and signal-carrying capacity for typical audio setups. The 50 m length on a single spool reduces the need for joins in long runs. The slim outer dimensions make routing along skirting boards or behind equipment straightforward, while the white jacket offers discreet visual integration.

Suitable for

• Connecting passive loudspeakers to amplifiers or receivers
• Long runs in home audio or small commercial installations
• On-wall or concealed routing where a low-profile cable is required

How to use

Measure the required run and cut the cable to length. Strip the jacket and separate the two conductors, maintaining polarity for correct speaker phasing. Terminate the conductors with appropriate speaker connectors (banana plugs, spade lugs or bare wire) or screw terminals on amplifiers and speakers. Route the cable along walls, under carpets or through conduits as needed, avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep run lengths reasonable and ensure secure, low-resistance terminations. When planning long runs, consider voltage drop and consult amplifier specifications; for professional or long-distance installs, copper conductors may offer lower resistance than CCA alternatives.
