Luftkompressor Scheppach HC53DC 2200 W

The Scheppach HC53DC 2200 W air compressor combines a high-power motor with a 50 L receiver tank to deliver stable compressed air for a range of pneumatic tools and applications. The unit is designed to provide up to 10 bar maximum pressure and an effective airflow up to 412 l/min, with a compact footprint and integrated two-wheel mobility for transport around workshops or job sites. The compressor is intended for intermittent and continuous light- to medium-duty tasks where reliable pressure and decent air volume are required.

Advantages

The motor output of 2200 W provides robust starting torque and sustained performance under load, while the 50 L tank smooths pressure variation for more consistent tool operation. With a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a rated airflow of 412 l/min, the compressor can support impact wrenches, spray guns, tyre inflation and other pneumatic equipment. The compact design with two wheels and a stable base simplifies repositioning and storage without sacrificing tank capacity.

How to use

Place the compressor on a flat, stable surface and lock any transport brakes if provided. Connect the compressor to a grounded power outlet that matches the unit's rated voltage. Check oil level if the model requires lubrication and follow the manufacturer's initial start-up procedure. Open the tank drain valve briefly to remove any condensation before first use. Set the regulator to the required working pressure for your tool, attach the air hose and tool fittings securely, then start the compressor and allow pressure to build to the set point before operating attached equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, periodically drain condensation from the 50 L tank, inspect hoses and fittings for wear, and maintain the motor and any lubrication points according to the user manual. Use appropriate pressure settings and clean air filters when working with spray equipment to ensure consistent finish quality. When transporting the unit, secure it to prevent tipping and avoid exposing the compressor to excessive moisture or corrosive environments.
