Kylsystemdel Bitspower BP-MBE90DML

The Bitspower BP-MBE90DML is a high-quality cooling system part engineered for efficient thermal management in custom PC builds. Finished in matte black, this 90-degree fitting offers a true hi-flow design and is constructed from brass for durability. Its form factor and finish make it compatible with a wide range of systems while supporting dual multi-link extension configurations via crystal link tubing on both sides. RoHS compliance ensures the part meets common environmental and safety standards.

Advantages

This fitting provides unrestricted coolant flow with a hi-flow internal pathway to reduce resistance and help maintain lower system temperatures. The brass construction and nickel finish in matt black deliver mechanical strength and corrosion resistance suitable for long-term operation. The 90-degree orientation simplifies routing in compact layouts, and the dual multi-link extension capability gives flexibility when connecting multiple crystal link tubes for complex loops.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooled gaming PCs
• High-performance workstations requiring efficient coolant routing
• Compact cases with tight tubing pathways
• Multi-loop or multi-component cooling configurations using crystal link tubing

Key specifications

• Flow characteristic: True hi-flow internal design
• Material: High-quality brass
• Finish: Nickel plated, matt black appearance
• Orientation: 90-degree angle fitting
• Connection style: Designed for dual multi-link extension via crystal link tube on both sides
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the fitting at the desired 90-degree junction in the coolant loop, ensuring compatible tubing and connection methods for crystal link tubes. Tighten connections to the manufacturer's recommended torque to prevent leaks while avoiding overtightening that could damage threads or tubing. Verify correct alignment for dual multi-link extensions and route tubing to minimize sharp bends beyond the 90-degree turn.

Recommendations

Before first use, inspect the fitting and connected tubing for cleanliness and proper seating. Use appropriate thread sealant or O-rings as required by your loop design. Periodically check connections for signs of wear or corrosion and maintain coolant quality according to system best practices.
