Koaxialkontakt e+p KW 4 S

The e+p KW 4 S coaxial connector is a male-to-female coax plug designed for reliable signal transmission in audio and video systems. Supplied as a single piece per pack, this connector provides a straightforward connection solution where a compact, durable coaxial interface is required. The design focuses on mechanical stability and consistent electrical contact to support analog and digital signals within compatible coaxial cabling systems.

Advantages

The connector combines a solid mechanical fit with stable electrical contact to reduce signal loss and intermittent connections. Its compact form factor makes installation convenient in tight spaces or on panels and devices with limited clearance. Constructed from materials selected for conductivity and wear resistance, the connector is intended for repeated mating cycles while maintaining contact integrity and performance.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment connections (analog and digital)
• Video signal links for consumer and professional devices
• Patch panels and wall plates requiring a male-to-female coax interface
• Repair or replacement of damaged coaxial connectors in low-voltage systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: male plug to female connector (coaxial)
• Quantity: 1 piece per pack
• Construction: metal contacts with insulating dielectric
• Compatibility: standard coaxial cable systems and mating coaxial sockets
• Intended use: low-voltage signal transmission for audio/video

How to use

Ensure the mating coaxial socket and cable are compatible with the connector type before installation. Align the male plug with the female socket and press until a secure mechanical and electrical connection is established. For panel or device mounting, follow the device manufacturer's instructions for securing connectors and observe correct cable routing to avoid strain on the connection. If replacement of an existing connector is required, remove the old part carefully and confirm that contact surfaces are clean and free of debris prior to mating the new connector.

Recommendations

Use this connector in dry, indoor environments and avoid exposure to excessive moisture or corrosive atmospheres. Regularly inspect connections for signs of wear, oxidation, or looseness and perform maintenance or replacement as needed to preserve signal quality. When routing cables, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to extend connector lifetime.
