Kamerahållare Novoflex VR-SYSTEM III

The Novoflex VR-SYSTEM III camera bracket is a compact, easy-to-use panoramic adjusting system designed to rotate a camera around its nodal point for single-row cylindrical or flat panoramas. The system enables rotation of up to 260° around the nodal point with axial travel up to 125 mm and supports horizontal fields of view up to 360° and vertical coverage up to 120°, depending on camera and lens choice. The package includes the hardware and an unlimited full version of the PanoramaStudio stitching software. Weighing approximately 960 g and featuring 1/4" and 3/8" connecting threads, the bracket is compatible with a wide range of camera setups.

Advantages

The VR-SYSTEM III provides a straightforward, handy solution for panorama photography by offering a complete set of adjustable and rotational elements required to position the rotation axis through the camera nodal point. Individual parts are modular and can be repurposed for other photographic tasks, and the included stitching software allows immediate post-processing without additional purchases.

Suitable for

• Single-row cylindrical panoramas
• Single-row flat panoramas
• Landscape and nature panoramic photography
• Macro panoramic setups using the focusing rack

How to use

Mount the VR-SYSTEM III on a stable tripod using the 3/8" or 1/4" thread, attach the camera to the bracket and adjust the rail to position the axis of rotation through the camera’s nodal point. Use the axial travel (up to 125 mm) to fine-tune nodal alignment for the chosen lens. Rotate the camera incrementally using the built-in click-stops for consistent step angles, capture a sequence of overlapping images, and stitch them using the included PanoramaStudio software to create a seamless panorama.

Recommendations

For best results, determine the precise nodal point for each lens before shooting, use a sturdy tripod, and select click-stop increments appropriate to your lens focal length and desired overlap; wide-angle lenses (≥10 mm) and zooms up to 135 mm are supported. Ensure consistent exposure and focus across frames to simplify stitching.
