Herrsoftshelljacka 4F M283 Deep Black XL

Built for dynamic movement in shifting weather, the 4F M283 softshell jacket pairs a windproof, water-repellent shell with a brushed fleece lining that holds warmth without bulk. Unlike basic windbreakers, its 95% polyester / 5% elastane face fabric stretches with every stride, while the DWR finish shrugs off light rain and road spray. The result is a transitional layer that works as hard as you do—on the trail, the commute, or a windy ridgeline.

Highlights

• Windproof softshell with DWR water-repellent finish
• 4-way stretch fabric: 95% polyester, 5% elastane
• Brushed fleece lining (100% polyester) for warmth and next-to-skin comfort
• Adjustable hood with drawcord for a snug, helmet-compatible fit
• Full-length YKK zipper with inner storm flap to block drafts
• Three secure zippered pockets: two hand, one chest
• Hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs and elastic hem with stoppers

In daily use

Zip up and step out—the stand-up collar and storm flap seal out gusts, while the fleece lining takes the chill off early starts. The hood cinches down when the wind picks up, and the cuffs adjust over gloves or bare wrists. Stash keys, phone, and a trail map in the zippered pockets; the chest pocket keeps essentials close without bouncing. The regular fit layers comfortably over a base layer or light midlayer, and the stretch fabric never restricts reach—whether you're scrambling over rocks or reaching for a top shelf.
